I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and a member of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). My passion for people and the enhancement of their mental health has encouraged me to develop a comprehensive approach to improving the quality of life of my clients. I greatly enjoy having the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life by helping them to focus on their accomplishments, strengths, and helping them identify solutions focused towards well-being.
