One of our computers had locked up and we needed it fixed asap as it was for processing orders. The technician was professional and got to the problem right away. He had it fixed so quickly, explained what had happened and what we could do to make sure it didn't happen in the future. The invoice was much lower than I expected and the service was amazing.
