Ridge Meadows Counselling

Ridge Meadows Counselling provides therapeutic services for children, youth, and adults. Mary Stanwood, MAA, RCC, is a Counsellor and Professional Art Therapist. I have worked with children and families for over 25 years. I work with a client-centered and client-led approach so the issues discussed and the goals worked are ones that YOU the client has chosen. Modalities used include Art Therapy, Play Therapy, SandTray Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness. I am accepting new clients.
