I brought it back there was no apology but they cut the key again, but I brought that one home and it didn't work again. So I brought it back and again no apology, no nothing. I'm never going back there.
By Chris from HolmanCustomer ReviewI brought 2 $500 watches in to get engraved and told them, and discussed with them, to keep the captions square to the insignia on the back face plate. I got them back and of course, it was wrong, "we misunderstood you". A little late now!-
