I ordered some tea from them. They sent me someone else's order by mistake, complete with an invoice that had someone else's name on it. When I contacted them, they told me that they needed proof I had actually received a wrong order, and told me to take photos of the shipment and email it to them. Fine, I did. Then they sent me Canada Post info to ship the product back to them. Fine, I did that too. They refused to re-ship my correct order until they had received back their original package, despite the fact that I had already been charged for it. Even after I sent it back, they still didn't re-ship my order.
I emailed them repeatedly, and rarely got any response at all. Then they told me they shipped it, but gave me an invalid Canada Post tracking number that didn't exist. My proper order FINALLY showed up after a week of fighting with them, when I finally threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau.
Since my experience, I have read multiple reviews online from other people who had exactly the same experience I did. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer, or dealt with such inept customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from these yahoos again.
