Also, the surprise $5 that was added to take off my old polish was unexpected, and unlike the other salons who do this as part of the service. Poor experience, and I wouldn't recommend.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By Jacqui from 112 Avenue-82stCustomer ReviewI treated my mother, sister-in-law and 6 yrs old niece to get their nails done at the 112 Ave-82 st location for mother's day. I had gone there before and my nails were done fine. This reservation was done 6 weeks prior for 10 am. As I checked to see how they were doing at the nail place, my mother advised me that she would never put a foot there again. She told me they were treated rudely, rushed when getting their pedicures and absolutely no courtesy by the workers. My mother said there many people waiting to be helped and they were more concern with quantitive service than quality service. They only got the pedicure and instead went to VO's to get their manicures where they said were treated nicely and were treated like their business mattered and were courteous. I went to express my concerns to the owner who practically put the fault at my mother and sister-in-law saying they decided to get a manicure 20 mns into the pedicure so they were told to wait until 1:30 pm. I said to the owner how she could expect them to wait until 1:30 pm with a 6 yr old from 10 am, to 1:30 p. The owner smiled like she could care less. I guess customer service is not important to them. I was dissapointed. I thought this business was worth going to but I guess not.-
