I stopped by their shop to get an estimate on a new bumper, fog light and a small paint touch up. Was told they would price out parts and call me. Two weeks later, no call was received. I called them to follow up. The guy said "I'm not sure what we're doing with your truck. Let me look into it and call you back". It's now been two weeks since my follow up call, and again no call from Fine Line. Piss poor customer service.
I went somewhere else on Monday, they gave me an estimate on the spot, ordered my parts and it's now Thursday of the same week and I already have my truck back, fixed as good as new.
