Our story begins in the fall of 1993, when I opened our first espresso bar in Tijuana, Mexico. At the time, I had realized there was no one else providing the high-quality espresso drinks I had grown accustomed to enjoying in cafes just over the border in San Diego. Nearly 25 years later, destiny has brought us to Canada. Although we’re now in a brand-new place, we maintain our desire to create the rich espresso drinks that made us famous back in Mexico.
