    Poor Quality - Poor Service
    We recently purchased a couch and loveseat from a local retailer of Dynasty products which was delivered and emitted an extremely noxious odour. We loved the design and we though that we were doing great by buying locally manufactured furniture, but after a few days with the couch we've determined that we cannot sit on it without feeling sick from the odours. We waited two weeks for the couches to air out to see if it was just because they were brand new, but they still emitted the noxious odours. We've contacted the retailer and the manufacturer by phone and e-mail and have had no response from Dynasty and have only been put off by the retailer with promises they would send a technician but have never followed through. We're not wealthy people and have spent a large amount of money on something that we cannot use. I do not reccommend dealing with this company based on the poor service and the poor quality of the products they manufacture which have caused me to feel physically ill during use.
