Counselling, mediation and assessment services provided by qualified Registered Psychologists and Master of Social Work. Working with children, adolescents and adults. Couples counselling, anxiety, depression, workplace issues, relationship issues/ couples counselling, stress management, family issues/counselling, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ2S, and issues of abondoment/ abuse. Counselling provided using humantistic, client centered appraoches, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, solution focused therapy, reality therapy, neuro-linguistic programming and clinical hypnosis. Assessments for depression, Bi-polar, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and personality disorders. Accepting new clients.
