RevolutionIP is a division of KELCOM – a privately held company established in 1969. KELCOM is based in Windsor, Ontario, with offices in Windsor, Chatham, Leamington, Tecumseh and Toronto. KELCOM – RevolutionIP started offering Internet services in 1995, beginning with 14.4kbps dial-up modems stacked on a bookshelf. From there, KELCOM RevolutionIP grew dramatically – becoming the first local provider of high-speed internet including DSL, Cable and Home Phone Services for both home and business customers. Our approach is simple – we try to provide industry-best customer service while maintaining competitive pricing. We are proud to say that many of our first customers are still with us – over 20 years later.
