By Chelsea from MontréalHorrible serviceAbsolutely worst customer service. They came to my place to fix our shower. A month later, it broke again. We scheduled an appointment. They never showed up, never called. The next day, I called to find out what had happened, they said they didn't know. While trying to rebook our appointment, I asked why my shower broke again after such little time. The plumber said he didn't know and hung up on me. Seems like he didn't want to come do the work again. Absolutely worst customer service ever.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
