By Dan from MontréalVery horrible serviceSo I make an appointment a day before, arrive 5 minutes before the appointment and wait peacefully yet they take someone they personally know first; that person didn't even make an appointment. At first, I was okay with it; I wasn't even in a rush. When it was finally my turn, 20 minutes have passed and I haven't heard a single apology. They didn't even ask me if it was okay for me to wait a bit longer, which is 20 minutes. Bottom line, they can make you prospective customers wait more than 20 minutes but definitely not someone they personally know that doesn't even make an appointment and not apologize. Also they cut your hair like a crap. I specifically asked the guy that I wanted to keep my bangs covering my eyebrows but guess what, my bangs 5cm above my eyebrows.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
