My 80 year old father brought his electronics device to this business dealing with a fellow by the name of Walter. Dad was charged $25.00 for an estimate. Walter advised my Dad he would phone my dad in a few days. No phone call arrived, after 1 month, my father contacted this business to be told that they were waiting for parts for the device, of which it was going to cost $200. My Dad did not authorize any repair as he was waiting for an assessment and estimate. My sister was there at the time and said they would be over to pick up the unit. When they arrived, no one would answer the door. A few days later, my dad and sister arrived unannounced, nothing had actually been done to the unit, they retrieved it and I took it to someone else, only to find, it was two small belts that needed replacement at a cost of $28. Walter is to be ashamed of his attempt to scam my father, I would not trust his estimate, or his ethics. I spoke to him on the phone and he tried to bamboozle me with all kinds of jargon about the unit needing expensive Sony replacement parts. In my personal opinion, this guy hasn't a clue about what he is doing, and he is out to scam anyone he can, especially the innocent elderly. Shame on you for treating an elderly man this way.
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
