We are still working during this time, and will be cautious! We specialize in low slope or flat roofs and we only work on 3 types of roofs. Metal, Tar & Gravel and Torch On. Each of these roofs can be a challenge for the building owner. They can still be in good shape, but the Insurance Co says it is too old.
