Hearth & Grain uses organic flour and heritage grains to produce a slow food product that is based in natural fermentation (sourdough culture). This results in baked goods with integrity and superior flavour. These products hearken to days of old, when items were made by hand, baked on a stone hearth and produced with love. We also feature organic tea and our house-fermented ginger beer. We have started simply, with twelve products - four breads, four pastries and four cookies - but when we have settled into our production, we will start to expand the product lines.
