By Diana from oakville(0 of 2 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewI have been to this place regularly, and one time the very young lady has done a ridiculous job, uneven nails with no shape, and she has hurt me so much I could not sleep that night because my fingers were swollen, so I came up to them the next day, since i was there before closing and could not come back on that day, i explained the situation to the manager, and said that I was hoping for a free replacement manicure when my nails grow up a bit. She refused, and was not nice with me at all, instead saying that my nails are weak, I again explained her that the problem is not with my nails, and I showed her the shape, she agreed it is not round, and she agreed that there are cuts. This place has a ridiculous customer service, I am extremely disappointed at them and I would never recommend it to anyone.-
