I have shopped there several times and while their selection of hard to find herbs is good, I have often been disappointed with the lack of freshness. Some things are so dry and old, they have absolutely no flavour at all. This most recent trip, I went back to complain about the quality and was met with hostility and rudeness. They refused to exchange or refund my purchase and kicked me out of the store, even refusing to sell me any more herbs. I will never go back and I warn you not to waste your money on potentially useless product that will not be honoured by the proprietor.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
