Capitalight is a team of investors and shareholders operating an investment merchant bank to deliver long term gains. As a public company we think longer term than fund managers. Our permanent capital and broad mandate creates a structure allowing us to choose between owning a business, lending to a business, operating a business and any mixture thereof. We like business models with recurring revenue and little competition having built-in inflation protections. Insider share ownership at Capitalight is incredibly high.
