Despite calling and confirming that the oil filter is in fact included in the price, with no exceptions or qualifications stated, once the work is done most vehicles will see at least a $10 surcharge. Apparently most vehicles require a filter that is too expensive to be included, and even though you sit in your car the entire time they do not tell you that there will be added fees to the oil change price. They do the work and then demand payment. They will not open the garage door to let you go until you pay for the entire bill so you have no choice.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
