This company is authoritative, combative, and almost always threatens legal actions against tenants who fail to follow their codes to the letters. Makes you feel like a student who could be punished anytime by her/his teacher at school. They just have little or no respect to the tenants.

Threats and lies given to tenants when something wasn't to the property managements' liking. Failed to show up for a scheduled residence check and then proceeded to insinuate that the tenant was the one changing the schedule. The poorest customer service this tenant has experienced in 10 yrs. of rental, including my own personal experience working within property management.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
