Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family is a non-profit community service that provides social opportunities and friendships to children with special needs while providing respite to their families. At Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family, our goal is to provide a space in which everyone belongs. We believe that each individual, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or ability, deserves the right to respect and friendship. Our team is committed to growing connections around those in our community that, have a developmental delay.
