By Barry from TorontoGreat Service From Bill at O'Regan's Collision CentreWe're from Toronto and visiting family in Halifax for Christmas. Our car was parked in the street and was pranged by a car that skidded on the ice. The front of the car was dented and edge of the front panel was sprung outward from the front fender. When we arrived at the collision centre we explained the situation to Bill - we needed an estimate so the at-fault parties could decide whether to claim against insurance or pay the bill themselves, but the work was almost certain to be done in Toronto when we got home. Bill took the car in, did a thorough inspection, and even provided a temporary repair by getting out the worst of the dent and refastening the front panel to the fender. He gave as a detailed written estimate for the necessary repairs (totalling $2700), shook hands, and wished us a Merry Christmas. No charge - even though he had not only provided an estimate but done a temporary repair to ensure we could drive home safely. Merry Christmas, indeed! This incident had the potential to cast a pall over our Christmas, but Bill's kindness has completely reversed that. Thank you, Bill!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend-
