Consultant. After working within large government organizations as a counsellor, workshop trainer, and advocate, Kerry began her journey into private practice in 2003. She founded her coaching and counselling practice then spent years learning what works and what doesn’t. By revising her business model to include additional revenue streams, she was no longer trapped in the time-for-money bind that so many in service-based professions find themselves. As a coach and mentor, she will help you avoid many of the pitfalls of working in isolation and get rid of roadblocks that are holding you back. She will help you develop a success mindset, through providing a clear structure for your next steps, being a sounding board for decisions, and helping you stay accountable to your business growth. Kerry always works in a holistic manner, with the belief that our business success is impacted by our personal happiness, and our personal happiness is affected by our sense of accomplishment and business growth. Ultimately her goal is for you to achieve success in all areas of life, not just business.
