Then when I responded answering the questions Fred had asked about my cabinets/what I was looking for I never heard anything back. I emailed again asking if he got my email.. Heard nothing. I ended up calling and Fred told me that his initial email said he couldn't help me.. Which it clearly never said that. Poor customer service-
