    Horrible company! Not sure how they do it but they manage to find the rudest drivers around. I have friends that accuse the drivers of taking longer routes and driving slowly to increase the fare. I took a taxi from Surrey central recently. I get a call shortly after the ride began from my friend and so I asked to be dropped off. Of course I'd pay the fare accrued as the meter was already running. The driver said I had to pay him $10 to cancel my trip. I called the company to complain, but my issue was never forwarded to the Manager. When. I finally got to the manager, he not only seemed not to care about resolving my complaints, he basically sided with the driver, thus encouraging bad behaviour. I would not recommend anybody uses this company, and if you must, please remain alert!!!

    Do not use this company!!!!!!.. I was almost killed by one of their drivers who was doing 100km in a 60 zone and he went through a red and if I had not swerved would have killed my passenger... When I phoned to tell the company I was brushed off, operator refused to give me her name and hung up on me... Horrible company and I will personally make sure everyone I speak to knows
