The employees seem that their not happy to be there, and have no enthusiasm to interact with the kids. My children just flat out hate going there. If something doesn't change soon I'll take my kids elsewhere, and I'm sure others will follow. I'm quite often in and out of the chase river club, and am quite impressed of how they operate there. Kids are always happy and having fun, lots of interaction with the kids by the leaders. I would appreciate a big change in the near future!!!-
