after a 10 min consult i left my son and went to get a coffee, came back 10 min later and they had done the exact opposite of what i asked(the stylist said he decided to ask my son, I asked who was paying the bill) management would not give me a refund and told my son they were sorry his mom was so unreasonable. I told them I teach my children to stand up for themselves and not accept shoddy service. she then kicked me out of the store. I have lived in kelowna 40 years and own several businesses here and have never dealt with such terrible customer relations.

Needs an overhaul in customer service. I was refused service after years of going there. I was told I needed to go elsewhere because they couldn't keep my family happy with color, this was a complete lie, because after my color disaster in spring my stylist and I decided to not color again. I continued to book cuts with no problems. I was only refused service because my 21 yr old daughter wrote a negative review regarding her bad experience with color and how rude they were to her. So because my daughter wrote a review I get BANNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke. I was also told it was their policy, again why did they keep booking me appointments then after my color disaster ? I feel for the stylists there it's the managemnet/owners that are costing them clients.
