I went into there a few days ago and asked the girl specifically not to take anything off the length. Only clean up my layers (which is the same haircut I get every time) and she cut off half my hair!!! My hair was almost down to my waist and now it's just past my shoulders. I am not happy and will never be going back to another first choice. Ever!-
