The Welcome Back clinic is a unique pain management centre that offers expedited access to the only upright MRI machine in Canada. People can sit and watch television during their MRI, which eliminates Claustrophobia. Weight bearing imaging of the spine provides more information for patients who may undergo spine surgery. The clinic offers expedited Neurosurgery and Orthopedic consultations, within 2-3 weeks. Diagnostic injections are performed under x-ray or ultrasound guidance to determine the source of a person’s pain, which allows for planning treatment, which can eliminate their pain.
