He first sits with his clients, assesses their situation and then talks about his fees. In fact his clock does not tick the moment you pick up the phone to talk to him unlike what all lawyers do. It is just hard to find a lawyer so human and concerned for the welfare of his clients and this is coming from an unemployed widow of 2 kids.
