The caretaker is attentive to tenants' requests and responds promptly when problems do arise. Overall, my apartment is in good condition. When tenants move out I noticed that Jordan Developments paints, replaces carpet, and upgrades fixtures as necessary.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Allowing people to party and be excessively noisy then leads to higher turn over. This then leads to higher rent for the incoming tenant. Sad that the managers of the three buildings do nothing about the loud party tenants. Profit first I guessNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
