Paid by commission , so all waiting time is unpaid. All of the places where Elgin Roth picks up freight makes them wait for hours because the owners of Elgin Roth are disliked. They have 11 trucks with only 4 drivers. My advice if your thinking of working for them is to move on , you would do better at Tim hortons or McDonald's .-
